By accepting this contract, you acknowledge your responsibility for delivering your bouquet to The Poised Press or our designated drop-off location if arranged in advance. You grant artistic freedom to The Poised Press to craft the bouquet frame as we see fit, with the option for minor customizations. In cases where the frame size purchased exceeds the bouquet, you will receive a refund for the size difference, and we will send you an approval email. The condition of your bouquet upon receipt will guide the preservation process, and if it's deemed unsuitable, your order will be canceled with a refund. You recognize that not all flowers may be used due to condition, spacing, and design considerations, and preserved flowers may change in color and appearance over time. Ribbons, vases, or other items will not be included or returned unless specifically discussed. Any methods used to secure blooms by your florist may render them unsuitable for preservation. Whenever possible, unpreserved florals will be returned with the finished design. The production timeline ranges from 6-12 weeks and corresponds with your event date. Balances must be paid in full before bouquet pickup. Unclaimed bouquets will be preserved for 6 months from design completion before being disposed of. Any refunds are limited to the total order value, excluding shipping and flower expenses. Lastly, please understand that your $100 deposit becomes non-refundable within 90 days of the scheduled event.
